Mark Dyer is the 2008 President.  He has been a member of the association since 1972 and is currently Vice President of Winton and Associates, a large custom home builder in El Paso.  Mark has held nearly every chairmanship or position in the association over his 36 year run.  He has 204 Spikes to his name. 

Kelly Sorenson comes from a home building family and is the President of Dakota Homes and Vision Consultants, Inc. a third party warranty company.  She is in her second year on the leadership ladder for the association and is scheduled to be installed as President of the EPAB on December 12, 2008.  As Vice President she is responsible for many activities withing the EPAB including chair of the Government Relations committee. 

Like our other officers Amy Schoemaker comes from a home buider family and is entering her first year on the EPAB executive ladder.  As Secretary Treasurer Amy is responsible to the members as the point person on all matters concerning meetings and synopsis of such, ensuring that our finances are in check, and preparing to move into the Vice Presidency a year from now.  Amy is President of Willis Homes of El Paso, a custom home builder and a winner of the coveted Texas Association of Builders STAR Awards.

Kathy Carrillo from Pioneer Bank has taken on the responsiblity of Associates VP.  In this capacity Kathy will represent over 300 Associate Members on the Executive Board, and be the voice for Associate members.  She will oversee many projects during the year starting with the annual Home and Garden Expo and moving on to the upcoming Parade of Homes, Festival of Homes and Treasure Tour of Homes. Kathy has a busy schedule at work and home but she has been a member of the EPAB for many years. 

Raymond Adauto is the Executive Vice President for the EPAB. This native El Pasoan comes to the associaton from private industry and has a varied background in sales, marketing, training complete with experience in advertising and promotion.  He is in charge of day to day operations  for the association and is the CEO. Mr. Adauto leads the 475+ member companies into the 21st century with a spirit and dedication to the home building trades of El Paso.

Raymond is also the public address announcer for the University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) Miner football and basketball programs. He has performed these duties for some of the best known coaches in college athletics including Bob Stull and Mike Price (football) and Hall of Famer Don "the Bear" Haskins, Billy Gillespie and Doc Sadler. In addition Raymond has been on ESPN, HBO and Fox Sports Southwest for boxing and as PA for the Brut Sun Bowl and State Farm Sun Bowl Basketball Classic.

Raymond gives time to various charities and civic groups including the Sunturians, the Greater Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Plaza Starkeepers, and others. He also enjoys his black on black Corvette, Americas sportscar! 

Mike Santamaria is the immediate past president of the EPAB.  During his tenure Mike worked to get the new building off and running, created a new contractor window at the city, and held the most successful rally day event in the history of the association. Mike will lead in councils and he remains on the Executive Board.
