To those of you looking to make El Paso your new home we wish you a warm and heartfelt welcome. Our city has existed for centuries as a pass to the North for the explorers to the new world and for those doing trade in the New World. Our city was incorporated in 1881 at the same time the railroad began east-west commerce through here. Fort Bliss was established to protect the settlers and tradesmen from harm and established the presence of the United States Army in the region. The Overland stage coach has given way to I-10 joined by US 54 and the Patriot freeway heading north to Alamorgordo and eventually Chicago. This city has a rich and varied history, and every minute has seen home builders as an integral part of it.
Bienvenidos to the All American city El Paso, Texas. We look forward to working with you as you make El Paso home.
